Social Impact Consulting is a team of consultants specialising in facilitation, governance, strategy and impact.
Director, Mark Richardson, has worked with clients across five continents to understand, measure and communicate impact, supporting boards and senior executives to develop clear, purpose-driven strategy. His experience covers charities and NGOs, national and local governments, social enterprises and businesses, across sectors ranging from the arts, international development, and sports, to education, health and women’s empowerment.
Clare Pillman is a Senior Associate with Social Impact Consulting. Prior to her appointment as Chief Executive of Natural Resources Wales, she was Director of the Department of Culture Media and Sport for the UK Government, leading work on the Cultural Olympiad and the commemorations of the Centenary of the First World War. Previously she spent time in the Department for National Heritage, the Treasury, Cabinet Office and the Department for Constitutional Affairs. She is currently the Senior Independent Trustee of Welsh National Opera
